Shipping Costs

United Kingdom: Shipping costs are €4.50. No shipping costs above €60.

The Netherlands: The shipping costs or pick up at a Post location are €3.50. Delivery by appointment is possible at a rate of €5.00. No shipping costs above €60. 

Belgium: The shipping costs or pick up at a Post location are €3.50. No shipping costs above €60.

France: The shipping costs are €4.50. No shipping costs above €60.

Germany: The shipping costs are €4.50. No shipping costs above €60.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the order, you can return it. You must contact Fashionesta within 14 days. The shipping costs and shipping risk are borne by the customer. The costs of return items that are insufficiently stamped will be deducted from the return amount. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the items have been received in good condition.
